Chanukah, or Hanukkah or the Festival of Lights, is a floating holiday, like Easter and as such it's date changes from year to year. One of the best ways to learn about other cultures is through their food and holidays.  Whether you are Jewish or not, why not enjoy a dinner that includes Latkes with gravy or spiced apples and a fragrant loaf of Challah

Other traditional dishes you may wish to serve are:

Matzo Ball Soup

Kreplach

Chicken with Kumquats

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Holiday Brisket

Gefilte Fish
