Makes one 8 to 9 inch Pie Shell

 

There are some recipes where this chocolate crumb crust is more appropriate than a classic Graham cracker crust; recipes like Grasshopper Pie.

 

About 2 cups of gingersnapp or chocolate cookie crumbs

¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

 

Mix the cookie crumbs and butter together and press into an 8 or 9 inch pie pan.  Chill until needed.  Hey, is that easy or what?
