For this incredibly easy and delectable dish you will need to find a bottle of what is called, “Sweet Chili Sauce for Chicken.” It use to be sold only in Chinese markets. It is now becoming more readably available.
2 chickens, cut into serving pieces, or the equivalent in favorite parts.
This recipe is an absolute no-brainer. Simply rinse and dry your chicken. Place under the broiler and cook for about fifteen minutes, then paint liberally with the sweet chili sauce. Cook for another fifteen minutes, turn and paint. Continue in this manner until the chicken is done to your liking. To determine if the meat is done, use a small sharp pointed knife an slice into the thickest part of a piece. If the meat should be opaque instead of translucent and the juice should flow clear instead of pink.
