These marvelous little nuggets of flavor are just the thing to appease the ghosts, ghouls, goblins and witches that may come to your door this Halloween.

All you need are several muffin tins for making miniature muffins and this Harvest_Time_Pumpkin_Spice recipe.  Forget about the streusel topping.  Bake for about twelve to fifteen minutes.

For a quick and easy, down and dirty version:

1 box favorite spice cake mix

Make as directed adding,

1 cup canned pumpkin

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

Baker’s Syrup

Use only half a cup of water instead of the prescribed amount.  Bake as directed on package.  Paint with warm baker’s syrup as soon as they come out of the oven.
