Makes 1, 8 or 9-inch pie
Here is a new twist on an old favorite, rich, spicy pumpkin pie with a streusel topping. Overkill? Sure, why not. Don’t forget the whipped cream on top. AND, I said real whipped cream. Not something that comes out of a plastic tub or a spray can.
To make this delectable creation simply follow the directions for Classic Pumpkin Pie and before baking, sprinkle the top with about a cup and a half of Streusel topping. Bake as usual.
