Red Wine Vinegar & Garlic Salad Dressing

½ cup of red wine vinegar

¼ cup of olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste

4 to 6 cloves of garlic, very finely minced

1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well. Set aside until needed.
