Herbs and Spices

1 cup orange juice (fresh or reconstituted frozen)

½ cup inexpensive cream Sherry

¼ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon Sweet and Hot Brown Mstard

1 cup bruised fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root

 

Put all ingredients into a jar, shake vigorously to mix thoroughly and leave sit until ready to use.  Strain before using.
