This class will explore the delectable possibilities of heart friendly dining. Low fat, low sodium and low cholesterol do not have to go hand in hand with low flavor and desirability. High fiber does not have to mean munching on a chunk of raw broccoli. We will explore recipes that are delectable, satisfying and hey, they are good for your heart as well. The recipes may include the following;
Middle Eastern Dips
